Acupuncture — $100 / 60 min
Your first visit includes extra time for a thorough conversation about your history, goals, and what's going on with you. From there, every session is built around what you need — incorporating acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, tuina, trigger point therapy, or gentle cranial techniques to move towards your goals, and mirror what your body is asking for that day.
Cupping — $50 / 30 min
A focused session designed to help release tension, improve circulation, and get you feeling looser and lighter. We'll start with a brief check-in about what's going on, then tailor your treatment with cupping, gua sha, or tuina depending on where you're holding tension and what your body needs most.
Insurance & Superbills
At this time, I do not bill insurance directly. However, I’m happy to provide a detailed superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
How to Prepare
A little preparation goes a long way toward getting the most out of your session:
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that can be rolled above the elbows and knees. You may also need to expose your abdomen, so avoid one-piece outfits or dresses.
Eat a light meal or snack beforehand. Arriving on an empty stomach can sometimes cause lightheadedness — so don't skip eating!
Stay hydrated and avoid alcohol on the day of your treatment.
After your session, rest. Give your body time to absorb the work — avoid strenuous activity for the remainder of the day to support deeper healing and integration. Go on a gentle walk, eat, bathe and keep your muscles warm.
